Niroza Sea Buckthorn comes in a bottle of 60 veg capsules, with 1000 mg of sea buckthorn extract in each serving of 2 capsules. As printed on the label, it is a natural source of vitamins A, B, C, E and K, omega 3, 6, 7 and 9, and antioxidants.
